"Who owns Charlotte Creations LLC?
We do not print in-house. Every week, Charlotte Creations LLC researches specials and prices for each of our vendors across the United States on everything from business cards to postcard to door hangers. Though our costs fluctuate slightly, we have finalized pricing for all of our product lines. We have found this helps achieve a consistency and turnaround time that is acceptable for all of our clients. Since we do not print in-house, we can offer prices well below office supply stores (Kinko's, FedEx, Staples, Postnet, AlphaGraphics) at a better quality (see the next paragraph!).

Four-Color VS. Digital Printing We offer TRUE offset four-color (CMYK) printing across our entire product line, the only exception being the vehicle magnets which use a waterproof inkjet process. We do not print our cards 'digitally' which is just another way of saying your cards would be printed on a glorified photocopier. This is the standard means of producing a quick turnaround on a business card if you were walking into your local office supply store.

Card Texture: Glossy or Matte Finish. WE DO NOT PRINT ON LINEN.
Along with the use of the high quality paper, you will have your choice of a SATIN MATTEor a high-gloss, UV-coating which adds even more thickness and durability to your cards. Our use of high quality paper, along with vibrant inks, produce bright, beautiful, and smooth color tones that will reflect your professional image. You are not limited to only one or two colors as our ENTIRE product lineis priced as full color. We do NOT print on linen stock. Linen is the finely woven textured paperstock that is typical for professions such as attorneys and medical professions. Since our designs are typically full color concepts, we have yet to find a reliable vendor to cost-effectively print full-color on this material. There is also a 'bleed' factor which decreases the amount of detail you can achieve on linen. If you absolutely must have linen, we would be glad to quote it but we strongly recommend our gloss or satin finish.

Rounded Corners
For a unique touch, round the corners of your business cards, postcards or letterhead for a nominal fee. (There is a minimum of 1,000 to apply rounded corners). Sorry no splitting of box sets, each boxed card set of 1,000+ must be completely rounded or not rounded at all.

Turnaround and Shipping
Unfortunately we do not. Charlotte Creations LLC has good relationships with 4 printers across the United States each with their own shipping policies and pricing. Overnight and 2-Day are very expensive. Our typical turnaround is 5-8 business days DELIVERED TO YOU FROM THE MOMENT YOU APPROVE THE DESIGN. Shipping fees are based on weight and destination from the print vendors. We include shipping in with all of our prices to simplify invoicing. Most jobs in Huntersville, Cornelius, Davidson, and Mooresville areas are delivered personally by Kerry.

Who owns Charlotte Creations LLC?
Charlotte Creations LLC was founded in 2006 by Kerry Burd, an experienced graphic designer with over 15 years in print and web design. After graduating from the Pittsburgh Technical Institute in 1993 with a degree in Graphic Design, Kerry entered the newspaper business designing ads for the Uniontown Herald-Standard and Pittsburgh Tribune-Reivew. He eventually led all corporate graphic and web design efforts for the international traffic safety firm, Nu-Metrics Inc., from 1999 to 2005. In October of that year Kerry moved to Charlotte to market his broad skill set to a larger audience.
